Today I’m chatting with my neighbor and friend, Julie Harris, Chief Revenue Officer of agriculture tech startup, Seso, and mom to two under 6, with one on the way. Julie’s journey is a masterclass in networking, building community, and investing in a robust support system. Her strategies for finding time for a social life, maintaining 1:1 time with her husband, scheduling self-care, and managing a cross-country move while pregnant—all while driving revenue targets at a high-growth startup—are nothing short of inspiring.

Bonus tools and takeaways
As a community member, I ask each of our guests to share with us some tangible tools, tips, links and personal stories as little extras for you.
What is your professional superpower and how has it shown up in your personal and family life?
I'm genuinely curious about most things around me. I think it's one of the most important traits for someone pursuing a career in sales.
What are you cooking these days?
I love all things Half Baked Harvest but try to tone down all the cheese, butter, etc to make them a bit more healthy
What are you reading?
I have been revisiting a bunch of the free classics on Kindle. Just finished Emma - was as dense as I remember it being in high school lol
What are you listening to?
All-In (so cliched!) is my weekly go to
What are you wearing - mom uniform, for work, for weekends?
Well I'm pretty pregnant at the moment so my uniform is either black leggings or a black dress with a Favorite Daughter denim jacket thrown over my shoulders.
What are the products, services or rituals you can’t live without in your daily routine?
Have been using Biologique Recherche P50 for years at night. And then lather on tons of face cream before sleeping. I switched it up, but have been using Valmont lately. I've gotten really good about taking a few supplements a day - Seed in the morning and my prenatal + this magnesium at night, it helps me sleep so much
Favorite accounts to follow?
I try not to spend too much time on social each week - but when I do, fashion is my guilty pleasure. Fav influencers are Courtney Grow (can't pull off her style though) and Alicia Lund.
Where are you traveling?
I took my husband to Hotel Esencia in Mexico for New Years and it was STUNNING - highly recommend for a special occasion.
The whole family went to the Four Seasons Hualalai in February, which was also lovely and perfect for a family vacation. My husband and I went to Palm Springs for a quick adult trip in early March and I had a lovely girls weekend at Indian Springs a few weeks ago. Trying to cram it all in before the baby comes!
