Earlier this week, I made a simple but powerful decision: I’m done snoozing through the part of my day that belongs to me. So for the month of June, I’m recommitting to waking up at 6:15am before the kids are up to create some space to breathe, reflect, and start the day on my terms.
I shared this on Instagram, and the response was incredible. So many of you said, “I need this too,” that I decided to start something we could do together.
Introducing: the June Rise & Thrive Club 🌞. In this Instagram channel we’ll be keeping each other accountable, swapping real tips that help us actually get out of bed, and sharing the quiet morning rituals we’re reclaiming.
We’re just getting started on this journey, and I want you to join us. Maybe you want an accountability group, maybe you want to get an inside look at other people's morning routines, or maybe you just want to hear more from me… there will be plenty of voice notes.
