What is your professional superpower and how has it shown up in your personal and family life?
I am a great listener and empathizer. I think it's important to learn from other people and to hear perspectives from others to grow. For example, I give everyone on my team in both the ENVSN and Kith side to express themselves and share their opinions. Gen Z is the next big generation, therefore I make it a priority to listen to what they have to say.
